Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure the precision and efficiency of our manufacturing processes while adhering to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Program, set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts as per specifications.
  • Verify that tools are calibrated and properly maintained.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the production cycle.
  • Document production processes and report any discrepancies.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development for process improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering
  • Relevant apprenticeship or vocational training is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience with programming and troubleshooting CNC machines is a plus
