Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to work with elementary students with physical impairments. The teacher will be involved in developing tailored lesson plans, adapting learning materials, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their confidence and independence.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and standards.
  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater to varying abilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience
  • Experience working with children with physical disabilities preferred
