Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development strategy of our workforce. This exciting opportunity calls for a passionate leader who can design, implement, and evaluate impactful training programs suited to various learning styles and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of various learning initiatives to support business goals.
  • Utilize multiple training methodologies, including e-learning and instructor-led training.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training programs and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training and development with business objectives.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior trainers and offer guidance on effective training practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
