Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic In-classroom Tutor to provide tailored academic support and guidance to students in our vibrant classroom environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Monitor student achievement and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings to share strategies and resources.
• Support classroom teachers in integrating best practices across subjects.
• Encourage student participation and enthusiasm in learning.
• Facilitate small group tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or related field is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience working with special education students is advantageous.
