Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Self-Enrichment Teacher to inspire and engage learners of all ages. Your role will focus on delivering innovative and effective teaching strategies that enhance personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum focusing on personal development and skills enhancement.
• Facilitate discussions and activities that promote self-reflection and growth.
• Monitor and document learner progress and achievements.
• Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports diverse backgrounds.
• Integrate technology into teaching practices where appropriate.
• Engage with families and communities to enhance program effectiveness.
• Participate in the evaluation and improvement of educational programmes.
• Advocate for students' needs and well-being inside and outside the classroom.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in teaching or related roles

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software

Soft Skills

• Empathy & Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Safeguarding Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in life coaching or mentoring: Demonstrated ability to guide and motivate individuals towards personal goals.
• Knowledge of mindfulness practices: Familiarity with techniques for promoting mental well-being and focus.
