Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Tutoring Clinician to join our team. As a Tutoring Clinician, you will be responsible for providing educational support to students, assessing their learning needs, and creating personalised tutoring plans to enhance their academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine students' academic strengths and weaknesses.
• Create tailored learning plans to support individual student growth.
• Utilise various teaching tools and resources for effective tutoring.
• Evaluate and adapt teaching methods to fit diverse learning styles.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress.
• Participate in professional development workshops to enhance skills.
• Organise group tutoring sessions to encourage peer learning.
• Maintain an organised and resourceful tutoring environment.
• Develop and implement engaging learning activities and materials.
• Promote a positive attitude towards learning and academic success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching qualification/certification is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching required.
