Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher for our kindergarten integrated program. This role requires a deep understanding of multiple teaching methods and a commitment to creating an inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interdisciplinary curriculum tailored for students with special needs.
• Conduct assessments and monitor student individual learning plans.
• Foster a classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, dignity, and individuality.
• Work collaboratively with special education coordinators and support staff.
• Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Document educational progress and challenges faced by students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inclusive teaching environments.
