Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that academic standards are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and that the learning environment promotes student success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational aspects of academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational objectives.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance curriculum and delivery methods.
  • Monitor student performance metrics and implement interventions as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day academic operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that programme delivery meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Create and maintain efficient administrative processes for academic management.
  • Facilitate faculty training and development programmes.
  • Engage with external partners to foster academic collaborations.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in academic operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in academic operations or educational management
