Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Glasgow. The successful candidate will manage construction sites, ensuring quality is upheld while adhering to safety regulations. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and liaise with clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage site activities to achieve target milestones.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety compliance.
  • Respond to site emergencies and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Report on progress, challenges, and successes to the management team.
  • Ensure all work complies with national and local building codes.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for site operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Construction-related qualifications are advantageous

  • 5+ years in a similar role within the construction industry
