Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Telecom Services Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in managing and improving our telecom services. Your analytical skills will help us identify areas for enhancement, ensuring high-quality communications for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve telecom performance and response times.
  • Liaise with external vendors for service evaluations and improvements.
  • Create presentations for stakeholders summarising service performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting telecommunications.
  • Manage special projects aimed at enhancing specific telecom services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Telecommunications is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a telecom environment

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
