Job Description

As a Warp Doffer, you will be integral to our textile manufacturing process, setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery that produces high-quality fabrics. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency, ensuring that production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Set and adjust machine settings to produce desired fabric specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance metrics and adjust accordingly.
  • Keep accurate records of production outputs.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team for fabric testing.
  • Participate in regular safety and operational training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification in Textile Manufacturing or relevant field preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in textile manufacturing or related industry is advantageous.
