You will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.

• Implement tools and software for real-time data analysis.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve website usability based on user feedback.
• Advise on best practices for customer retention strategies.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

• 3+ years in e-commerce analysis or related fields
