Quencher Operator

Job Description

As a Quencher Operator, you will play a vital role in the operation and maintenance of our quenching equipment, essential for the production of metal materials. Your keen attention to detail and technical skills will ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with a dedicated team to meet our high standards of production while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated quenching systems to enhance production efficiency.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to equipment.
• Perform inventory management for materials and chemicals used in the quenching process.
• Ensure that the equipment follows all approved operating procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in water treatment or metallurgy is an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
