We are on the lookout for a dedicated Mill Operator Helper to support our Mill Operator in diverse tasks within our bustling milling plant. The ideal candidate will have a knack for operating machinery and maintaining a tidy, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of milling machines and ensure proper functioning.
• Keep the work area clean and safe from hazards.
• Assist with the inventory of raw materials used in milling.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery for maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with the Mill Operator and production team.
• Document operational activities as necessary.
• Maintain a proactive approach towards safety and efficiency.
• Help train new staff on basic operational procedures.
