We are seeking a skilled Environmental Consultant to join our Newcastle team. This role involves providing expert guidance on environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive environmental improvements in projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental compliance across various sectors.
• Assist in the development of corporate sustainability reports.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and staff.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss environmental objectives.
• Develop best practice guidelines for environmental management.
• Prepare technical documentation for project proposals.
• Support clients in achieving sustainability certifications.
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing carbon footprints.
• Assess the environmental impact of specific projects.
• Identify opportunities for funding and investment in sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consultancy
