We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing successful digital campaigns across different channels including social media, email, and online advertising. You will work closely with our clients to develop strategies that not only engage but also convert prospects into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital channels, focusing on results-driven strategies.
  • Manage the online reputation of the company through proactive engagement.
  • Assist in developing promotional materials and sales tools.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on digital marketing best practices.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff to enhance team capabilities.
  • Engage in thought leadership initiatives within the digital marketing space.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Additional qualifications in data analysis or marketing analytics are beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive digital marketing experience
