Job Description

As a Health Informatics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care through technology. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating informatics solutions, ensuring they align with clinical practices and improve care delivery across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that enhance patient safety and quality of care through informatics solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a patient-centered approach to informatics.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for informatics solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of informatics systems and tools.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for users.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in clinical informatics, preferably in a healthcare setting.
