Job Description

The Treasurer and Controller is a key role responsible for managing the financial resources of the company. This includes oversight of cash flow, developing strategies to enhance profitability, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. You will work closely with senior management to guide strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash management, forecasting, and liquidity strategies.
  • Develop relationships across various financial institutions.
  • Analyse and mitigate financial risks including currency and interest rate exposures.
  • Manage the company’s debt and capital structure effectively.
  • Provide insights for mergers and acquisitions activities.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Support financial audits and assist in internal auditing processes.
  • Utilise financial software for effective modelling and reporting.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Prepare and maintain the treasury policy for the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • Master's degree in finance or business administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in treasury or similar financial management roles.
