Job Description

As an Assembler Associate, you will be crucial in assembling and producing aircraft structures, surfaces, rigging, and systems according to strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed assembly procedures to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Document assembly processes and maintain records for traceability.
  • Assist in training new assembly staff as required.
  • Proactively identify potential quality issues and address them.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in manufacturing is a plus
Experience
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles preferred
