Responsibilities

• Integrate technology and multimedia to create interactive and stimulating learning experiences.
• Support faculty in developing instructional strategies that improve student learning outcomes.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in online teaching.
• Gather and analyse learner data to measure the success of instructional strategies.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies into the e-learning environment.
• Develop guidelines and standards for online content creation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
• Master's degree in Education Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning development

Technical Skills

• Adobe Captivate
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD)
• eLearning Guild Member

Languages

• English: Fluent
