Job Description

The Veterinary Radiologist will deliver specialized diagnostic imaging services including radiography, ultrasound, MRI, and CT scans for animals. The role involves collaborating closely with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support the medical team in emergency and critical care cases requiring imaging.
• Maintain a clean and organised imaging suite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Conduct imaging studies in a timely manner to facilitate prompt diagnosis.
• Assist in research and clinical trials related to veterinary imaging.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
• Postgraduate speciality training in veterinary radiology is preferred.

Experience

• Experience interpreting complex imaging results in a veterinary context.
