Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Charity Fundraiser to join our Leicester team. This role involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with donors, and promoting our mission. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a database of potential and current donors.
  • Attend community meetings and events to represent the organisation.
  • Develop reports on fundraising campaign performance.
  • Train and support volunteers during fundraising events.
  • Leverage social media channels to enhance visibility and donor engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or Business Administration
  • Experience in a fundraising role is an advantage
