Job Description

As a Social and Community Service Manager, you will oversee the provision of essential services to families experiencing challenges. Your role will involve assessing client needs, developing service plans, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of family needs and create action plans.
• Organize and deliver support groups and community educational classes.
• Work closely with governmental and private entities to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community service management

Languages

• English: Fluent
