Job Description

We are on the lookout for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cheltenham. You will be instrumental in assessing patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and supporting individuals in regaining their independence. Your role will involve working closely with clients to address their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients for occupational therapy services and establish therapy goals.
• Develop customised therapeutic programmes tailored to individual capabilities and needs.
• Deliver therapy in a supportive manner to enhance client confidence.
• Engage in team collaborations to align patient care strategies.
• Review and adapt treatment approaches based on clients' feedback and progress.
• Contribute insights to client care plans to ensure holistic well-being.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in relevant areas are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community occupational therapy
