Burling and Joining Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Burling and Joining Supervisor with experience in the textile industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating burling and joining processes in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all textile products are inspected for defects and damages.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout production.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and share feedback.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational qualifications in textiles or related field preferred

Experience

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is highly desirable.
