Job Description

A file clerk is responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital documents and files. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills, capable of efficiently managing multi-faceted document management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve filing processes to boost efficiency.
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of data within the records management system.
  • Provide training on best practices in document management.
  • Assist in the disposal of obsolete records in a compliant manner.
  • Generate reports and statistics on records management activities as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field
Experience
  • Experience with electronic document management systems is a plus.
