Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Counter and Rental Clerk to enhance our customer service experience. You will oversee rental procedures, assist customers, and manage inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the rental counter.
  • Handle customer rental inquiries and transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments regarding equipment availability.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Track rental equipment returns and assess their condition.
  • Generate weekly reports on rental performance and inventory status.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in handling cash and financial transactions preferred.
