Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Counter and Rental Clerk to enhance our customer service experience. You will oversee rental procedures, assist customers, and manage inventory effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the rental counter.
Handle customer rental inquiries and transactions efficiently.
Ensure effective communication between departments regarding equipment availability.
Train and mentor new team members.
Track rental equipment returns and assess their condition.
Generate weekly reports on rental performance and inventory status.
Requirements
Education
Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred.
Experience
Experience in handling cash and financial transactions preferred.
