Job Description

The Records Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's records and databases. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with other teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and efficiency within our information governance framework.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new processes for effective data management.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the records management function.
  • Coordinate with IT on implementing electronic health record systems.
  • Ensure that records are protected in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate in projects related to information governance and data management.
  • Identify training needs for staff on records management practices.
  • Conduct data entry and data quality checks.
  • Support auditing and compliance efforts for internal and external reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in records management or administrative support.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Data Protection Regulations
