Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the operations of clinical departments to ensure effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to increase patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure all clinical staff are adequately trained and certified.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare technology team to improve operational resources.
  • Administer clinical research protocols and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Report on clinical operations to the management team.
  • Implement project management principles for clinical trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing clinical operations in a healthcare environment
