Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our enthusiastic team at the Animal Health Clinic in Glasgow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality veterinary care to animals, performing surgeries, and working closely with pet owners to ensure their pets’ well-being.

Responsibilities

• Examine animals for signs of illness or injury.
• Perform routine surgical procedures and dentistry.
• Ensure optimal animal husbandry and welfare standards.
• Engage with community health initiatives and educational events.
• Evaluate and improve clinic procedures to enhance patient care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• Registered Veterinary Surgeon with minimum of 2 years’ experience

• Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registration
