Job Description

Innovative Medical Research Ltd. is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator who is passionate about advancing medical science. In this role, you will manage multiple clinical trials, handle project timelines, and ensure participant safety and data integrity throughout the research process.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute clinical research activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate participant recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Assist in the development of study protocols and informed consent documents.
  • Coordinate logistics for study site initiation and close-out visits.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of clinical data.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss study progress and issues.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address study-related challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research coordination

  • Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
