Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical study protocols and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor trial progress, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Engage with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submissions.
  • Assist in developing study materials and training manuals.
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to trial reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Support quality assurance activities to uphold study integrity.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the research community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Chemistry
Experience
  • 4+ years of clinical research experience preferred
