Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the administrative functions of our healthcare facility in Leeds. You will play a key role in enhancing patient care, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative functions of the healthcare centre.
  • Facilitate patient intake and discharge processes.
  • Monitor and improve operational procedures for efficiency.
  • Support financial operations including billing and coding.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare laws.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to facility operations.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
