Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ mobility and functional capabilities.
  • Design rehab programs that promote independence and quality of life.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
  • Assess treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide patient education on self-management and prevention strategies.
  • Engage with other healthcare professionals to enhance care delivery.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Advise on assistive devices and home modifications as needed.
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in mentoring new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Postgraduate qualifications in related fields are an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
