Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our Bristol team. If you’re passionate about animal welfare and providing exceptional medical care, this is the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, improving the quality of life for pets, and consulting with pet owners about their companions' health.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive veterinary services, including surgery, diagnostics, and preventative care.
  • Educate pet owners about nutrition, behaviour, and health care.
  • Diagnose health problems through examination and lab tests.
  • Manage cases in collaboration with veterinary staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting
