Job Description

We are looking for a talented Developmental Psychologist to join our team at Child Development Solutions. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of child development and psychology, and be responsible for conducting assessments, analysing data, and implementing effective intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and evaluate developmental assessments for children.
  • Write detailed reports summarising assessment results and necessary interventions.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for children experiencing behavioural challenges.
  • Design intervention strategies to meet the specific needs of children.
  • Liaise with families and education professionals to implement support strategies.
  • Engage with ongoing professional development and stay current with research.
  • Publish research findings in respected journals.
  • Provide mentorship to early-career psychologists.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation ensuring compliance.
  • Work within ethical frameworks and uphold professional standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Doctorate in Developmental Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience working directly with children in a psychological capacity is essential.
