Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Ltd., you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. You will manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance our team's productivity. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. You'll also participate in various IT projects and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of IT systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and printing issues.
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service while assisting users.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
