Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, optimise customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role combines both strategic planning and execution, impacting our business success in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the e-commerce strategy development, focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Ensure effective merchandising strategies are in place to showcase products.
  • Conduct regular market research to keep abreast of industry trends and shopper preferences.
  • Manage relationships with external partners for logistics, payment processing, and other e-commerce services.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve website functionality and sales.
  • Organise promotional campaigns and product launches to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Implement retention strategies to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate with IT for website updates and maintenance, ensuring a seamless online experience.
  • Develop training materials for new team members focusing on e-commerce operations.
  • Work on improving the fulfillment process to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred

  • 6+ years of e-commerce experience with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends
