Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Development Manager to lead our online sales strategy and operations. This role involves managing the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform, implementing best practices, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the e-commerce platform.
  • Work closely with IT to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Coordinate with product teams to align inventory with online offerings.
  • Lead the optimisation of the customer journey on the website.
  • Develop training materials for teams on e-commerce best practices.
  • Foster partnerships with digital marketing agencies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to innovate.
  • Manage budget allocation for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather insights on site performance.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce projects
