Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Corner Brace Block Machine Operator to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will operate and maintain our state-of-the-art corner brace block manufacturing machine, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up the machine for production runs and ensure all specifications are met.
• Monitor the operational performance of the machine, making adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct quality inspections on the final product and report any discrepancies.
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Keep the production area organized and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining sufficient inventory of necessary materials for production.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Participate in training new operators and sharing best practices.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation.
• Engage in continuous improvements of processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
