We are seeking a skilled Balloon Sander to ensure the highest quality finishes on balloon decorations. If you have experience with sanding techniques and a keen eye for detail, this role might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper sanding techniques are applied for various balloon materials.
• Work alongside the finishing technicians to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Keep meticulous records of sanding processes and techniques used.
• Participate in training sessions to improve sanding skills.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety and operations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in balloon decoration or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Strong work ethic

Advantageous

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry: Experience working in a factory setting, preferably in a role related to decoration or finishing.
• Knowledge of different types of balloons and their characteristics: Understanding how different materials affect the sanding and finishing process.
