Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the printing process to maintain standards.
• Ensure efficient machine settings to optimize production.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to report performance issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with specific printing machine models preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of printing tools

Soft Skills

• Time management
