Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data analysis and reporting on drug efficacy and safety metrics.
• Work alongside project teams to implement drug development strategies.
• Facilitate communication between departments to enhance drug development workflows.
• Prepare documentation to support regulatory approvals.
• Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assess and improve laboratory processes for data collection and analysis.
• Participate in global conferences and seminars to enhance professional knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• PhD in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a drug development setting
