Responsibilities

• Assess patients' rehabilitation needs through detailed evaluations.
• Formulate and carry out individualized intervention strategies.
• Document and track the effectiveness of treatment plans and therapies.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote social interaction and support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a relevant health-related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a rehabilitation setting

Certifications
