Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to user inquiries, providing effective technical solutions.
• Monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Train users on IT systems and software for optimal usage.
• Document IT support processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
