As a Production Worker at Construction Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites. Responsibilities

• Monitor site safety and promptly report any concerns.
• Support the assembly of equipment and structural components.
• Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople on-site as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and organizing materials.
• Assist in the training of new employees when required.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Follow instructions thoroughly to ensure project specifications are met.
• Document daily activities and report to the site supervisor.
• Participate in health and safety audits as directed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Health and Safety is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience on construction sites is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Asbestos Awareness Training: Familiarity with asbestos handling procedures is a plus.
