• Collaborate with management to set performance targets.
• Evaluate production schedules and align resources accordingly.

• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops.
• Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering
