Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers, you will oversee the operations of our dedicated team in delivering high-quality automotive services. We seek a proactive leader who can enhance customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a skilled team of mechanics, installers, and repairers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Engage with customers to discuss their needs and provide expert advice on services.
  • Develop and implement best practices for efficient service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all automotive service regulations and guidelines.
  • Review and analyse operational data to drive decisions on service improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to prevent supply shortages.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers for better service delivery.
  • Perform performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Encourage staff development and training for career growth opportunities.
  • Report on departmental achievements and challenges to upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience
  • Proven experience managing automotive service operations for at least 5 years
