Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead our security initiatives in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing cybersecurity programs to protect our organization from emerging threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with new projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on cybersecurity strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of security practices and technologies.
  • Ensure cybersecurity training is provided and understood by all employees.
  • Monitor and report on security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
  • Assist with integrating security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in cybersecurity project or program management
