Job Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our dedicated team in Peterborough. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional pharmaceutical care and services, overseeing the operations and managing a team of pharmacists and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate dispensing of medications and provide drug information.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management of the pharmacy.
• Prepare reports on pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years in pharmacy, with managerial experience preferred
